Good article.  Reparations is a stupid thing.  It's been over 250 years.   At this point the Irish, jews, Japanese and many others who were also discriminated who have to get too. It never ends. I don't see many of those groups complaining so much.  There are many successful African Americans who's wealth far exceeds mine.

I know you know better. So I am saying this for the sake of those that don’t know. This is a Russian propaganda channel. While I check them out regularly in order to get International news, you should be aware I have caught them in blatant propaganda and lies in the same way our mainstream media does. With that said, if you are aware of this while watching this channel you can get some accurate news that is not covered by our mainstream media. For instance I found out about the war brewing between China and India a full two weeks before I heard a 5 second mention on the financial news channel I watch. And it was never covered on the Mainstream media during this same period.

Bottom line is that it is good for some news but it is also a propaganda machine for Russia. Not all of their news is Russian propaganda. So take it for what it is. Just saying.

Generally, I toss all things remotely political, regardless of the country of origin.
Least of all,  do I trust USA Democrat media.

If the Liberal/Progressive/Woke/Democrat/Socialist/Foreign media outlets post logical, sensical articles dealing with political and social issues, it's to cater to the right-leaning audience who might never go to their sites otherwise.

All news -- no matter from whom or where they call "Fatherland", they are online to do one thing -- make money.

Expanding their viewer base is the goal, not publishing the truth.

So, they publish enough truth for the people who are awake, and Socialist-leaning articles for the woke.  It's a business strategy, not real journalism.

News media will always have a spin, but it is a tragic irony that press freedom in the US resembles the USSR and now American media consumers have to go to Russian sources in order to fill in the missing perspective.

Sometimes the leftist and anti USA BBC will cover stories that the mainstream American news media will not dare to touch. It is a sign of the times we live in.
