The current confused person in the Oval Office is perhaps the greatest evidence yet of how America is an empire, lead by the power okole that determines what stooge is to be voted, by their subject citizens, as their President.  The mere fact America's head of state needs to read from a teleprompter, goes to show how those stooges are but mere puppets that parrot the dictates written by the power okole.

Poor joe.  He tried unsuccessfully to be president in the past on his own.

I'm guessing that's why he took a while before throwing his hat into the presidential ring this time.  He probably was deciding if being a puppet president is better than not being a president at all.
