Sad to see the condition of this property that once belonged to Dino.

He also had homes in LA, Beverly Hills, as well as Palm Springs.

If you go to other videos and articles, the inside and backyard are all amazing when they were photographed.

This one was put on the market in May 2001 for $589K.  It sold Sep 28, 2001, for $481K.

It was then listed in Nov 2018 for $1.8M.  Price sold in June 2020 for $1,348,000.

It is currently off-market, and is estimated to be worth $1,332,800.

Dean Martin passed away on Christmas Day in 1995, about 5-6 years before the first sale of this home.

At this point, after selling twice since his death, I don't think you can call it "Dean Martin's Home."

My grandfather in law once owned a house in that neighborhood.  Father in law took us on a tour of the area and pointed out several houses once belonging to celebrities.

Rather a sad place actually, lots of aging places built in the late 50'2 and early 60's, very dated.

Pam Springs has now been infested with the same subculture as Key West, not a pleasant place.   At least the tram up to San Jacinto is still there.
