First episode was kinda all over the place mostly introducing the players, who Q  (Qanon) could possibly be and events that appears to be more than coincidence. The first episode seems to be leaning towards Trump or one of his top generals/staff as “Q”.......

I saw a couple of those "messages" and it must take a secret decoder ring to make sense of them.
Read like gibberish, so must be secret anti-leftist stuff to be attacked without delay.

The fascinating part of the Qanon thing, which they only touched on briefly in EP2, is that is it was the end of the line in a long string of internet 'movements' that sprung out of each previous one and morphed into the next. Backlash of #gamergate turned into 'alt-right' which turned into the #memewar which in many ways got Trump elected and once he was in the Q thing started running.

You look back at all the big players that  started all the Communist/Feminist
and other Weather Underground rehashes of ID politics that lit the fuse on #gamergate and they were picked up and given jobs by Google and Twitter. These low level nobodies from niche corners of the internet are now in very powerful positions in Big Tech. Most notably Sarkeesian and Quinn became goundfloor members of Twitters 'Trust & Safety' board. They are in charge of what gets deleted and who gets censored on that platform. Both are admitted 'internet trolls'.
