If you're watching Ben, or anyone else, on YouTube, and they are talking a mile a minute, go to the Settings cogwheel for that video player window.  Click that, and you should see Playback Speed.  There you can increase or decrease the speed.

I've had some YT videos I tried to watch where I needed to speed the video up quite a bit to prevent slipping into a coma!
