If you can't express an idea without having to use vulgar swear words and pornographic images, then you weren't educated very well.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.

Here we go, beginning of the end.

You mean like how the government doesn't allow porn on government computer systems?

That's government computers and you are not allowed to do many other things.  But government also doesn't disallow employees to produce porn outside of work or censor words like "fuck" or the horror...  Deny free speech to those who use the magic mans name in vain.  You know...1st amendment stuff.   :shaka:

If you can't fathom the 1st amendment don't preach it.  Perhaps education plays a role.  Its a fairly easy amendment to understand.   All speech including hate speech, vulgar speech, pornographic speech are protected.

My god.  How will you limit the 1st amendment till you are satisfied with the remaining
Don't have to like it to respect its right to exist.

Also the main foolishness of the site is the fact they preach free speech but are literally telling you that you can't use certain words or say negative things about certain subjects.  Beyond hypocrisy.

As Resident Biden reminded us, no constitutional amendments are absolute.

Yet, none of this matters, since -- as you incessantly parrot in thread after thread -- he's a private company and can set whatever standards of behavior he wants.  Users are free to agree to the terms or go elsewhere.

That is true, which is why I said its hypocrisy, not illegal.  Though he might run afowl of dubious advertising.

Wrong!

Every single instance of you babbling about 1st amendment is a direct reference to the law (legality).  The Constitution IS the law, and the statutes merely implement it.

You don't really know what you're saying, do you?

Breonna Taylor’s Mom Calls Black Lives Matter a Fraud, “I’m So Sick of Ya’ll”

Breonna Taylor’s mom went off on BLM and said the organization has not helped her family at all.

“I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville and personally have found them to be fraud, Attica Scott another fraud,” Breonna’s mom Tamika Palmer said in a Facebook post.

“I could walk in a room full of people who claim to be here for Breonna’s family who don’t even know who I am, I’ve watched y’all raise money on behalf of Breonna’s family who has never done a damn thing for us nor have we needed it or asked so Talk about fraud.”

She concluded with: “I’m a say this before I go I’m so sick of some of y’all and I was last anybody who needs it I’m with this shit enough is enough!!”

No.  If you deny someone you should however find a replacement baker for that customer.

why is it my responsibility to find a baker for a customer I don't want to bake a cake for? Can I deny anyone access to my store without a shirt?

An IT SME who trolls people on gun forums for fun and thinks Google is the curator of all knowledge in existence?

You advertise yourself as the Don Quixote of Fake News, but you post more fake news than anyone.  This argumentative exchange is proof -- pushing an anti-conservative attack that has nothing at all to do with what the new site offers.  Just whining about their choice of enforcing standards.

I suppose in your world, child porn, national security secrets and organizing violent riots should be allowed on all Internet platforms because "freedom!!" and stuff?

The Media now think they are the judge and  jury.

Chelsea Handler and other "celebs" jumped on that bandwagon before the trial.

Chelsea Handler Sparks Backlash for Suggesting
Trials be Skipped When There is Video Evidence

Quote
"So pathetic that there is a trial to prove that Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd
when there is video of him doing so," Handler tweeted.

Twitter was not kind to her for suggesting that due process should be skipped when there's video "evidence".  So much for the Constitutionally-protected rights of the accused!

I don't post fakenews, that's what many others do.  But I suppose there's a level of personal opinion in the middle.  I notice when you are wrong you divert, reminds me a certain ex president.

No what I posted was 100% within merit for this thread just because it isn't some liberal bashing like usual does not discount it behind a dishonest representation of "freedom of speech".  Stay wrong, stay mad.

Nope in my world some of those are illegal.  Anything that isn't illegal should be allowed.  Anything not real should be allowed. Anything that does not pose a real threat should be allowed.  Freedom.
Porn, using the F-word, racist language, disrespecting the various magicmen in the clouds are fully legal and allowable.
