I saw on FB there's this asian NG guy who was targeted by the feds. Cant remember his name, but bascially a Markov pistol was used in a murder.  He owns a few of them since he's a FFL as well.  He didn't cooperate and went thru his attorney instead. So feds came down hard on him. Even took 1 of his M14s and claimed it was full auto. So when he went to court, the feds showed they had to dremel and do many things to make it full auto. A jury found him not guilty.  Then they filed another charge claiming he was evading to China.  Even though the trip was booked prior to the charge and he makes many trips to China. And thats how the rest of the story goes with more charges, but I can't remember.  So in the end, he lost his security clearance, his job as a realtor, but got to keep his NG pension.  He suffers from health problems due to the stress.  He has a GoFundMe.
