1) Cosby was convicted until yesterday. Which means it's been a while since he had his trial and found guilty. He was in jail this entire time too. Then the court overturned the verdict due to a statement that 1 of the lawyers made. So he got off on a technicality. But I guess since the guilty verdict was overturned, he's 100% innocent right? Even though under testimony, he admitted to giving Qualudes to women in 2005 (date rape drug).
2) Clinton never had a trial, but unlike the Trump accusers, Clintons accusers are still wanting justice, 15+ years later. Where did the Trump accusers go? They all disappeared after a few weeks when their stories held zero weight. The Clinton accusers never gave up and still want justice.
3) I'm going to assume Trump/Cosby cheated on their spouses, but it's just that, an assumption that I have for all billionaires/famous people.

The court doesn't determine truth. They never have. This case is a good example of how the court got the truth right, but then had to free a GUILTY MAN due to prosecutor screw-ups.
They way it was explained, Cosby had an agreement from the prosecutor that he could testify in the CIVIL trial, and any incriminating testimony would not be used against him in his criminal trial.
The prosecutor agreed to that, but used civil trial statements Cosby made anyway. That was the whole reason the conviction was thrown out. It was also overturned WITH PREJUdICE, so the state can't charge him again for the same crimes.
There's truth, and there's what the court says. The court CONVICTED Cosby based on his own testimony. That's the TRUTH. The conviction was thrown out because the prosecutor didn't adhere to the agreement.
Had the prosecutor stuck to the agreement and still managed to get a conviction, the verdict would have withstood the appeal.
