But in all seriousness, all camera ports are covered with black tape.  My xbox which is connected to the net and has a sensor is unplugged when not in use.  I own no Alexa type devices.  The only thing connected are our phones.  So we still screwed.

Ever have a conversation and then a relevant advertisement mysteriously pops up on your device the next time you look at it?

I went to a gay bar to sing karaoke with some friends a few years ago and the barrage of ads for gay stuff afterwords was creepy and annoying
