Registration "Pilot" Program

Some of you may have seen on the HPD website RSVP area the "pilot" buttons for registration.

They are saying that they're going to open up a 2nd registration window on Wednesdays. Reg only, not acquire permits.

I never see any available just like all other appointments.  Not sure how they work.  Anyone figured it out?  I am starting to think the 4-10 registration is a myth.  I've seen every other one than that appear.

The button is there, but the slots are just like all the rest, gotta be luck.  I got a reg appt this weds under the pilot button.  So I called HPD just to make sure it was valid and they explained the above.

4-10 regs a month is BS. When I was picking up a PTA 2 days ago, had 2 people registering in the 5 mins I was there.

It’s legit. I got my RegAppt for 4/7 last week. When I went at 2:50, there were 7 peeps in front of me. They had two “windows” going to register firearms.
