a friend who flips used cars on the side told me the same thing today, there has been a huge demand past couple months, people arent buying EVs they are trying to get a quick upgrade on their daily driver because they know they wont be able to afford a loan on a new one anytime soon.

Bidinflation has increased every month since President Biden's inauguration. Don't believe me?

Pickup truck Used auto prices are up 45.2% in last 6 mos.
Canned food Food prices are up 2.4% compared to last year
Fuel pump Gas prices are up 45.1% compared to last year

The results of big gov't spending.

There has been a whole "justice system"  process.  Its not just evidence.  It has been proven.  That's the key difference.   Evidence alone without a process to validate is not enough.  Sorry for not elaborating on that and causing your confusion.  Edited original post.

No, he does! His mind is made up already. No matter what you post or say it ain't going to change his view. Normally, it takes a life changing event to change made up minds. Continue...

The people in charge are not dumb, but worst. Doing it so they can profit off of it.

Not New News.  Even Obama stated DACA was not intended to stand, but was a stop-gap XO until Congress fixes the broken law.

Congress too busy doing other stuff.

Clear example of the courts overstepping their constitutional boundaries.

There is NO LAW that supports what the Obama DACA rules stipulate.  Obama exceeded his authority by creating new law via Executive Order.

Likewise, the DACA "dismantlement" that Trump started in 2017 was not referring to any existing immigration statute.  He was within the power of his office to rescind DACA -- an Executive Order -- more so than Obama was within his power to enact it.

DACA stands for "Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals."  Notice the word "Act" is missing.  Courts are not supposed to write their own laws, which is exactly what the judge that ruled against Trump did.

Not a difficult concept.  Courts are not supposed to second guess the President when he is acting within the Constitution.  If there were immigration laws that Trump violated, they have not been named. (We all know the answer).

Obama had quite a number of his actions shot down by the Supreme Court as Unconstitutional.  His MO was to do whatever he wanted, then let the people take him to court.  In the meantime, the actions that went unchallenged stood, while the others remained in effect pending civil litigation.

"That is why President Obama and this administration are doing everything we can to pass comprehensive immigration reform this year. We need reform that creates an earned path to citizenship, strengthens our borders, protects workers and holds employers accountable. We need reform that keeps families together and brings the system into the 21st century."

Secretary Thomas E. Perez
Secretary of Labor
MAY 20, 2014

Obama had enough Dems to do this "reform" when he was elected, but opted to spend all his time (and our "stimulus" money) to buy Congressional support for ACA instead.

Now that Biden's party once again controls Congress, is there any effort to pass immigration reform and make DACA an actual law?

Immigration will NEVER be fixed, because the Dems want it broken,  If they fixed it, we'd actually have control over who comes into the nation and who we keep out.  They want open borders, and any new laws would prevent that.

Paris Accord and the Iran Deal.

Better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission.  Obamas only real legacy was a bunch of EOs. He was a lame duck most of his time in office.
