I deleted an earlier tweet that misidentified a Glock 19 air pistol. While not a semi-automatic, it's still disturbing to see remnants of a weapon that can cause injury, especially in an area where young kids play and while we are dealing with a surge of gun violence in SF.

I agree that those plastic clamshell packages are dangerous weapons.
When you cut them open it creates treacherous sharp edges that can easily slice open a finger.

The part that stuck out most to me is having worked as a prosecutor and not having a clue what an actual firearm is. That and working as a civil rights lawyer but only interested in protecting some of those guarantees.
