It doesn't look familiar.

It might be fake but not sure.

The top looks odd to me. My guess would be a smith.

Is that from a movie or tv show?

Ah i see i see. Im not history buff on revolvers but i would guess a Smith due to its front blade sight and hammer.

Im sure stang would know better.

And definitely dunno what that roll pin looking thing thats sticking out by where the ejector rod goes.

But this will be fun. Ill try research more lol

The film was made 35 years ago.
It kind of reminds me of a charter arms gun.

The aspect ratio of the picture could be off too.
I'm thinking it looks shorter than it actually was.

I took a screen shot of your photo and used my editor functions.. to make anything pop out. That top strap is what im trying to look for via google. Its very peculiar to me. Ive never seen 2 "humps" that tall before...

Could be a charter arms or rossi too, if its real. I did a quick search of airsoft revolvers too cause sometimes they make 1:1 ratio (or close to 1 : 1 ratio) models of firearms and sometimes "exotic" or weird models that idk what the hell it is lol. To no avail yet tho.

Could it have been a toy of some sort? Like a kids toy or some movie prop that wasn't a copy of an actual firearm?

If you consider the funky lighting and shadows, it kind of does look like a 66.

Pretty similar.
But I'm not seeing the little arrow shaped cuts on the cylinder.
