Two prepositional phrase were joined with "and": (1) "of our Lord..." & (2) "of the Independence...".  Both phrases qualify the noun "year".

If you separate the two phrases at the conjunction, you see:

"In the year of our Lord two thousand tewnty-one", and

"In the year of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fifth."

Even though a certain NYT editorial board member ::) would probably be so "disturbed" when she will apparently see a lot of it starting this week.  I hope she doesn't shit her panties.

Or does it only disturb her when it's shown with Trump flags?  If so, deal with it.  No need to get your panties all bunched up in a knot. :wtf:
