Strange story.
I think there is a backstory on this one.

The driver's biggest mistake was forgetting that banks have lots of cameras.

Not sure what his thinking was.  Picked up the gun on the ground and came back 4 minutes later to finish off the kid lying on the concrete?  Maybe he was hoping the other 2 returned to help their friend so he shoot them, too?

The driver was hit twice in the arm/hand, so he was possibly not thinking clearly.  Or, maybe he knew who they were and wanted to send a message?

The dead kid was 16 and was just released after 2 years in juvenile detention.  Certainly this was all Trump's fault.

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.

It was interesting to listen to what they are charging him with, 'aggravated battery with a firearm' which I am guessing is when he came back for seconds? Because round one is a fair shoot.

You'd think his lawyer will argue you cannot commit battery on a corpse and maybe plea to discharging within city limits? The whole thing is weird.

Maybe he mag dumped 2nd time because he was was mad he never found his pals when he rolled around the block for 4 mins?

Did you see his shirt? How many times do you think this guy dreamed about the scenario, but then once it was over he was like "dang I wish this would have lasted longer".

People need more than just one hobby.

Probably trying to cover up is what it looks like. It always the cover up that gets you in trouble.

Probably aggravated battery because it would be difficult to prove whether the justified shooting killed the guy or the second, unjustified, shooting killed the guy. To prove murder the prosecution would need to prove that the first shots did not kill him and that might have been hard to do.

Not sure why aggravated battery specifically but that may depend on how that state defines it. So here it could be a number of different things like false reporting, reckless endangering if anyone else was nearby, and maybe abuse of a corpse?

How come he drove away?  The initial shooting was justified.  How come he drove away after?

Hope there is a follow up to this story.  If he drove away in search of the other two low-lifes then he is wrong.  Dead wrong.  Maybe they all knew each other.

Then he comes back to shoot the first guy again.  Mag dump.  What a retard.  Cannot figure out that ATM's everywhere have cameras?

My favorite saying:  "God Bless the Retards."  Now this retard is a criminal.  Bye bye, gun ownership.
