Aloha All,

Wondering if anyone is still doing gunsmithing on AKs here on Oahu. Have gone to Red Letter in the past but that was a few years ago.

TIA & Mahalos :shaka:

That's who did work on my AKs.  However, that was around spring 2019, so over 2 years ago.

What are you looking to have done?  I can check my notes on who I researched locally.  A couple of the well known local smiths that I contacted said they don't work on AKs, at least what I was looking go have done.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up... Looking at swapping the muzzle brake on my Beryl (Wz.96 clone), it's pressed on & secured with roll pins. So pretty straight forward one would hope  ;D

May try giving them a call tomorrow as well, again mahalos!  :shaka:

Ahh, I would think that other experienced gunsmiths could do that.  If you can't get in touch with Craig, try asking Bushido/Devin and Wayne/Pacific Custom Rifles.  They are in the same complex.  I would bet that either they could or could point you in the right direction.  You could pick up some ammo from Bushido while you're at it.   ;D

Craig did a bunch of work on my AKs.  All good stuff.  Check out my AK Project thread for work on one of them.

Jayden from options2inovations did some work for me a few years back on a ak.  He was fast.
Wayne won't touch AK, it's mostly Craig's domain
