Anything is possible, I have seen crazier things be true. My comment was just to caution people from rushing to believe it was fake, that isn't an objective position.

If it were a false flag thing what would be his motive? I don't know, potentially sympathy. Maybe to make the cops think this was more serious and to get them to intervene more. Maybe fundraising for a future run for Governor? All reasonably possible and not something we haven't seen before. But again, some crazy racist guy just making a flyer isn't either.
