The Dog already found him.  The show producer is staging the live, dramatic capture of the fugitive as we speak.

One fact that never ceases to puzzle me:  Chapman is a felon and can't possess firearms.

How many people would continue to make their living as a bounty hunter if they weren't allowed to use "any means necessary" to protect themselves?

i remember on his show in Hawaii they carried pepper spray
and i remember one episode when they were in Papakolea and his son was getting into a fight with some locals and Dog didn't help his son at all.  just watched from a distance
and another episode they were in Waikiki and called the chronics that hang out near the beach "some of the most hardened criminals".  bruh, they are merely crackheads, bottom of the drug food chain

The news about Dog The Bounty Hunter couldn't possibly be a publicity-seeking attempt in advance of a new show -- could it?

Nah.  That would be cynical ...  :geekdanc:

Quote
Thinkfactory is currently working with Chapman on pitching the new show, believed to follow
Chapman’s day-to-day life and his exploits. That could include his current activities — and he’s
back in the headlines as he leads a bounty hunting expedition to find Laundrie. Chapman has been
posting video on social media of his search, including one on Wednesday in which he detailed his
“active and specific search in a key area based on the intelligence we are receiving and researching.
Boat crews and ground teams have been called in and we have search and rescue dogs deployed.”

Ive been somewhat keeping up with this story from the get go. Its sad. Everyone with a brain knows he did it. Why else would you run? No matter how mad I got at my girlfriend I wouldnt leave her a half a mile from home on the side of the road. Definitely not 2k+ miles.

Its more sad that some youtubers post other people's missing pictures overlaying the petito case/coverage. I kinda wish they would give everyone missing the same effort and attention like petito's case. Kinda far fetched to ask that though. Maybe disban the atf and make a new agency solely hunting missing people .. Like an off branch of u.s. marshals. (I know FBI has a dept. For this but limited workers. They need 100's more agents lol)

I’m going to reserve judgment until all the facts come in.  There is a lot of reason to run.  One reason is people don’t normally believe that a women could have been the aggressor and a man was defending himself.  Sorry men, when it comes to woman vs man, we are guilty until proven innocent.

I think this is the latest "Scott Peterson" case, and the media wants to make it national news -- for clicks.

Innocent people do it all the time. Look at OJ. He ran and was found not guilty by a jury.  #provenincourt

#notforthemurder which has a higher standard for burden of proof.  Civil case is all emotion.  The civil jury might have felt sorry for the family, felt that the previous jury was wrong, or they just didn’t like OJ.

The murder trial pivoted on the perception that Detective Mark Fuhrman (1) likely planted evidence, and (2) was motivated to plant evidence because he was a racist.

Neither of those claims had any actual evidence, just the emotional reaction to offensive language he used in the past about suspects NOT OJ.  No evidence that he ever planted any evidence, and even less evidence that he ever acted inappropriately investigating a minority suspect.

So, which case was decided on emotion?  The trial was televised, and although everyone saw the same testimony and evidence, the public opinion of guilt or innocence was split down racial lines.

It is possible he didn't kill her but I wouldn't put money on it.
