That was funny but it was probably staged.

Having said that, I just made a spinach-chicken omelette for the dummy outside.
He no kea cuz I seen him eat his own crap and sometimes bird crap and cat crap too.
But no way him gonna eat a salad.
What, Me Worry?

Looks fixed. But they should have let the dog finish.
My mutt black lab would have finished both plates.
I didn't dare leave a plate of food out un-guarded.
He'd clean it completely. Meat, veggies, fruit, he didn't care.

We had a beagle that would eat anything .... almost!

That dog was a walking garbage disposal.  In fact, we had to put the kitchen trashcan on the counter when we left him alone, or he'd have it all over the kitchen when we returned.

If there was a SINGLE GREEN PEA or TINY PIECE OF LETUCE in his food bowl, he'd clean the bowl except for that tiny bit of vegetable.  We thought it might be a fluke, so we would put something tiny in his bowl just to see.  Sure enough, the bowl was licked clean except that that pea, sliver of lettuce, or whatever.

We then tried something else.  He would catch food and treats that you tossed to him.  Ham -- gone!   Chicken -- gone!  Treat -- gone!  Lettuce -- Pttt!  He'd spit it out immediately and wait for the next bite!  LOL!

Yeah, dogs might eat rabbit food if they are hungry enough, but given a choice, they spit out the veggies and beg for the meat!

YMMV (Your Mutt May Vary)

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.
