Rifles Only was one group I had considered taking classes from.  I found them in the interwebs when looking for various shooting gear.  I bought a bunch of their stuff, all good stuff. 

That's the thing about competition.  There will always be those that want to max out the gaming aspect of things.  I personally got into pistol matches for a training aspect of shooting and moving, as well as overall pistol marksmanship.  That's why I stayed in production and kept my gear tweaking to a minimum.  I've even been shooting factory 115 gr 9 mm.  Even now that I'm reloading, I plan on all my ammo to be close(er or ish) to factory ammo.  No poof poof for me.  That said, if those who do want to tweak out their gear, ammo load, etc, have at it.

I can respect a man that shoots factory/ factory. We might just get along if we shoot together.  Plus I could use some pointers with my pistol shooting, it has been sucking a$$ lately.

I have to admit that my arthritis has caused me to have to sell my .454 Casull Ruger Super Redhawk. I have it on consignment right now. I guess I am turning into a pussy.

I admit shooting the "big boy caliber" revolvers is not my thing.  I've shot them a good amount.  Not sure if I shot yours, but I shot more than a few from dogman's revolvers. 

The "biggest" caliber I have is .44 Mag.  But with a heavy 7.5" barrel, even factory .44 Mag is quite mellow.  Shoot the same loads in a shorter barrel, I'll shoot maybe a handful of rounds and them I'm over it.
