This is 2021.  15 years ago is 2006.

What year did Obama and Biden get elected as running mates?  That would be 2008.

So, for the next 8 years, 2009 - 2017 (the year Trump was inaugurated), what did he and Obama do?  Assisted in the overthrow of dictators, only to have them replaced with other dictators?  Iraq must be a democracy, since Obama recalled the military from there.  And Afghanistan?  How is that democratic success story looking?

Yeah, Biden has all the answers to fix the problem of "fewer democracies."

Does he honestly believe this BS, or is he still in campaign mode for the last 40 years?  "Say whatever they want to hear.  It doesn't have to be the truth."
