I gladly paid the increased amount for my recent fill.  It would be more wasteful to throw away my newish car for another than to use it less till I purchase a electric.

The Biden Administration and Democrat policies are causing this massive inflation spike. They are directly and fully responsible for this mess. And they are reluctant to back off their policies in order to bring inflation down. That would entail admitting they are wrong and will never do that. The FED has only so much it can do to curtail inflation. Inflation is a tax on us. It is taxing our ability to purchase food and gas and everything we need to conduct our lives. This is unacceptable.

For those of you who were not alive or old enough to remember the Carter administration massive inflation and stagflation you are being warned by me right now. You will suffer due to higher prices. You will suffer even more with stagflation. People will start losing their jobs. Or will be cut back on hours. And you may have to take a second job (If you have not already done so) in order to survive and pay your mortgage or rent. All of this happened to me back in the Carter administration. First I got laid off, then I had to take 2 minimum wage jobs just to keep afloat. Then when my old job called me back I had to continue working 2 jobs until we voted in Reagan. And even then it took a couple of years to turn the economy around. It only takes 8 or 9 months to mess things up. But it takes several years to get things straightened back out. Believe me, you will not enjoy this ride you are about to go on.

As I watch the financial news, beef and pork prices per pound are double from their prices last year. National gas average is now $3.42/gal. That is up almost 50% from last year.

This is a political problem. It is directly related to Biden’s and the Democrat’s policies. Your wage growth is not keeping up with inflation any more. Your quality of life is going down every day. And as long as Biden and the Democrats continue with their policies it will only get worse.

Trust the F*%$ing government. You mean like with the vaccines and this virus? It is not about the virus. It never has been. Our government officials hate us. They do not care about how inflation is going to effect us. They are all multimillionaires and billionaires. Inflation has no effect on them. If they were concerned about how inflation is going to effect us they would come up with a plan and execute it. What have they come up with? Nothing. And they are not going to come up with anything. Because if they wanted to they would have done so already. Let’s face it, this has never been about doing well for the citizens. Because they are not doing well for us. And they are not even trying. They hate us. It is about power and control over us.

And don’t fall for the lies about passing more spending bills to fix the economy. These big spending bills are part of the reason we have high inflation. Passing these big spending bills will only make all of our problems worse. You cannot spend your way out high debt, high inflation and high taxes. Spending more only exacerbates these problems. 

Today is my usual day to fill the gas tank and do grocery shopping.

I am not looking forward to doing either.
