For those wondering who Dan is.
He is a huge 2a supporter. Him and the wife did many testimonies during the legislative session. He also was working on a Chaminade 2a type scholarship.
His most compelling testimony was in person for a ccw bill, precovid. It went something like this:
Im a retired hpd detective. Within the 1st few weeks of being a rookie, i learned im a glorified note taker. Often i arrived on scene after the crime took place.
When I retired, i turned in my gun, badge, radio, and cuffs. Now im a regular person and defenseless like everyone else.
Also his wife testified that a woman was sexually assaulted in her office elevator/bldg. And no one can carry. Below is a pic of the guy. Same guy tried to rape a girl in my condo lobby. Security was there and called 911 and the resident manager who lives on site. Female security couldnt help. It wasnt until the resident mgr came down and kicked ass, he's male. HPD arrived 8 mins later.
My bldg incident happened weeks before Dans wifes office incident. Because the girl in my bldg was too shooken up to press charges, he was just trespassed.
