win model 12

Got a pleasant surprise from my family back east. Discovered my grandfather's model 12 (guessing it's from the 1920's) when we thought grandma had gotten rid of all his guns after he passed. Going to get it shipped back, but on the way have it checked out and repaired/restored if required. It has a Polychoke which brings down the value, but not interested in selling it. Want to use it for clays and birds, eventually giving it to Hvy Jr. when the time comes. Anyone have experience with these?

Not a model 12 but have been using my grandfathers old (which is now my dads) model 31 remmington which I guess made to compete with the model 12. It's got a poly choke as well, alot bigger of one. Fun gun for skeet..
