Why does it take 7 months for the court to issue a decision?  Hawaii will then take another 2 years to rewrite their carry laws and permitting process.

I did some searching on this subject so I could give you a meaningful and definitive answer. And I could not find the information I was looking for. I think I remember Flapp answering this before so he may have better information than I do. All I can do is give you answers I think are correct but may not be. So I will leave this to be answered by someone else better qualified.
