Another thing to consider.  Even with one justice announcing he'd retire before Biden's term ends, that one appointment just swaps a Liberal for a Liberal.  The make-up of the court remains Conservative/Constitutionalist.

This might be an attempt to rally Congress to pack the Court with more Biden-picked justices by upping the number of justices before they lose the Congressional majority in January.

I wonder if there is any law that was broken. Or rules. So the person who leaked the documents if they're a lawyer, then disbared?  But since the left controls the justice department, I doubt there are any real consequences. Just a going thru the motions investigation.
