In the name of peace, that's all pretty much what Russia and China really ever wanted: the US empire to stop surrounding their respective countries with military garrisons that the US empire itself can no longer financially afford.

To be very honest, if Russia and China really wanted to see the complete demise of the US empire, they would not call for the end of those garrisons, as they are nothing but money pits that will bleed the US empire dry exactly what happened to Rome, Great Britain, etc. years ago.  However, since the US empire knows its economic and financial dominance is rapidly coming to an end, it will continue goading those countries for WWIII in a last chance effort for a reversal.  Hence, this explains Russia and China's recent geopolitical moves in their respective theaters to prepare for military aggression instigated from either the US directly or by one of its vassal states.

If that were true, Hong Kong as well as Macau would not be a Special Administrative Region of China.  The people living in those areas live very different lives than those living in the rest of China.

You are correct if you are referencing Hawaii before Western contact.

If you referring to the Hawaiian Kingdom era, you are very wrong and will be surprised how more freedom its citizenry had as well as how racism was less prevalent when compared to America during the same time period.

And the current Russian and Chinese governments don't want the same for their people?  Please remember, the CCP of China has successfully raised the standard of living for ALL of its citizenry WITHOUT US imperial-like invasions, illegal occupations, and installation of puppet regimes.  Hence, it is laughable to see other countries criticize China from achieving such a never-before-seen human historic feat.

Instead of learning from what the Chinese has been able to accomplish, the US empire arrogantly looks for fault and criticizes.  Very nearsighted, as what is that saying again?  Oh yes, twice the pride, double the fall.  You can rest assured that the collapse of the US empire will be one of the top ten collapses laughed at forever in the annals of history.  The silly thing is that there are things America could do to truly save itself but refuses to do so.
