Cheaper to move the tanks when empty. But f22 income has ceased recently.

I think this falls under infrastructure -- since its causing problems with public water quality.

Get Resident Biden and Cackling Harris on this right away so they can solve the problem. 

This problem is real .... unlike some others they throw money at like Climate Change.
