I remember, it was a stellar move. No playing around. We need a leader like him again.

I'm pessimistic. The ulcers that were plaguing our country developed into cancer and spread. They are so entrenched in local and federal government, lack real-world experience but have a soap box 100 stories tall and a a black hole for a mouthpiece. These people lack any substance or connection to reality. They make decisions on emotions and cling to science when it is convenient for their narrative. They have psychopathic attributes such as delusions of grandeur where they believe they are chosen to deliver some kind of message like a fake prophet. Scary.

The whole idea of any US imperial military aggression towards China is sheer folly as militarily confronting Russia with the current Ukrainian situation.  Any such action in Eastern Europe or the South China Sea will signal the WWIII death nell for everyone on the planet and worse for the remnants of the US empire.

Even if there is no usage of nuclear weapons, there is no such things as winners in wars fought in the 21st century, among military peers.  Believing in some kind of US imperial victory over Russia and China is as delusional as thinking America will return to being the great republic it once was, its national debt being erased, and everyone within its increasing forever-porous borders holding hands and signing Kumbaya.

The fact the US imperial military is even contemplating the use of small-scale guerilla like tactics against China is indicative of knowing it can't win a conventional war with China without resorting to nuclear weapons.  Once more, even if it did have the necessary means to attempt such a conventional debacle, the resulting economic and financial collapse would destroy America internally, due to the resulting chaos, racial and ethnic hatreds, and subsequent Balkanization, through which what's left of the US empire would withdraw from the so-called war making the US empire's defeat totally complete.

I am sure Russia and China knows the scenario described above; hence, it explains why they both are taking the actions we all see unfolding.  If the US empire is smart, they will accept the new multi-polar World Order, withdraw its imperial military adventures, establish a Second American Republic with only those willing like-minded former states of the First Republic, and focus all of its efforts of making themselves internally competitive again.

Ignoring China or Russia will lead the fall of the human race.

Down with democracy and up with communism and dictators.

If China were to attack us personally not our allies the war would look much different.

If the US was smart it will keep going in this direction.

If not China, Russia and its failed ideals will spread across the world and they will destroy our allies till we have no one left.  Then we too will fall.

The human race has survived the legacies the Roman, Mongol, British, etc. empires of the past and will live on and evolve long after the US empire is gone.

Back then we didn't have such weapons as we have now.   Wouldn't put past China or Russia when losing the war to bring everyone down with them.

China will not attack the US empire; that's the only thing you can count on.  It's the US empire that is looking for a way to militarily attack China.

They will just attack all of Asia...just like Hitler only wanted part of Europe eh.

Why argue with an ulcer?

Nobody wins a war except the defense contractors. China is currently winning the economic war. They are building trade relationships in Asia and Africa and are building their infrastructure. All they need is the fuel below the South China Sea. If the the U.S. goes back to isolating from the rest of the world it will lose. If we worship autocratic regimes we will also fail. If we elect an autocrat and allow state legislators to throw out the votes of the people the republic is over and we will be governed by dictators just like China, Russia, and Turkey, North Korea, Belarus and others. This is likely the current direction the U.S. is headed.
