Smarter Every Day - Entertaining scientific and engineering topics and experiments. In one he launches a baseball faster than Mach speed. Really entertaining.
Sci Show - Short videos on science topic and news.
Bourbonmoth Woodworking - Comedic but useful woodworking tips.
How it Should Have Ended - Hilarous alternative endings to movies the way things should have played out.
Nuance Bro - Political news from a balanced and non-sensational angle
Dr Z. Dogg - Educational and hilarious medical information

Thats all thats coming to mine now.

It depends on which rabbit hole i recently dove into.

For pure entertainment, i still like to watch music videos -- the kind they showed on MTV in the 80s.  Yes, even some of those vintage videos are great to go back and watch late at night to relive my college years.

I never thought I'd like them, but some of the people doing music video reactions are entertaining.

The Charismatic Voice

Drumming with Jarvis (JB Crew)

Most of the "reaction" videos are obviously staged, and others are just someone watching with their speechless mouths hanging open with nothing intelligent to add.  People found they could try and make money doing this on YT, so there are more bad channels that good doing the same kind of reactions.

I watched a half dozen woodworking channels, but lately they are not creating as much content.

This guy has great projects, but appears to aspire to becoming a professional comedian one day:

Not only does this guy have great videos, but something about his opening music and graphics are pleasing as well:

Steve Ramsey's done a TON of videos for a long time.  His channel is Wood Working for Mere Mortals (WWMM).  He is great at planning and explaining his processes, and he can be entertaining most of the time.  He takes an approach that you don't need a large workshop full of expensive tools to get great results.  I'd recommend his videos for anyone new to woodworking of who is thinking about learning to make things for the home, to sale or for gifts.

If you're into construction-size projects, there are lots of channels for that.  Also for laser engraving, CNC Routing, and just about every other piece of equipment made for wood working.    It's one of those subjects where you can find lots of videos for specific information or just general advice like arranging a small workshop.
