The way people are today (Ref: "Don't Look Up!"), if the exact spot the rocket will crash was advertised, there would be those rushing there to get a video of it for their YT channel!  Others would go to grab parts of it to sell on eBay.  No concern that they are in the place where a small impact crater might be their final claim to fame!
