I was listening to a podcast that mentioned how Sweden didn't do lockdowns and their numbers were quite good, better than the USA.
*They didn't lockdown but they did take some measures such as distancing and masks.

Distancing and masks have less impact on the economic and societal well-being of the population than lockdowns.

Making the choice to lock down here should have been weighed against those important side-effects.  Instead, the politicians were more concerned about beating Trump.

His economic successes were an insurmountable obstacle for the Democrats.  The lockdowns decimated the economy all across the nation, giving the Dems an unimaginable gift.

Masks don't work!
They are just like making you wear a yellow star on your coat as they
put you on on a train to Dachau ,Auschwitz, or Buchenwald.

My usual rant, at least I survived the modern Democrat holocaust.

except when they do....

Masks that don't cover the face properly, are made of thin cloth, and that are being pushed by the CDC as mandatory do not work.

Unless you want to argue the exception, the rule is one that's ineffective at stopping COVID.  They are pure placebos -- because we have to do "something!"

Well, we know by scientific historical data now that lockdowns don’t work, the CDC and WHO are now admitting that only N95 and better masks can work. Which means any lesser mask does not. And now we know by the scientific historical data that the vaccines only helps a very small amount for a short period of time.

So based on all the scientific and historical data we have gotten over the last 2 years we also know that mandates don’t work either.
SCIENCE THAT CAN’T BE QUESTIONED IS PROPAGANDA!!!

My father used to say " do something even if it is wrong"
he was speaking in the perspective of a sailor on a ship.
Which I agree with.
However.
I have learned that on dry land with people going ape schit
crazy, sometimes it is best to let your enemy destroy himself.
I'm not sure my dad read "The art of War".
I did. and I'll be happy to watch the idiots destroy themselves,
as I do what I can to isolate myself from them.

Would u do carpentry in a cloth mask or a n95 like mask that has a proper seal? I mean 1 could do it a little and be ok. Long term wouldnt be so good for the lungs.

Or like your example of building rubble. 1 day or so in a cloth mask, not too bad. Over 2 years of working in building rubble wearing a cloth mask will get health problems.

The big picture is that our gov lied again to everyone. And anyone who questioned them that has OSHA n95 or like experience was silenced by not only the gov, fake news, but by their believers.

My comment was only to touch on the nuance of the subject because "mask" doesn't indicate what type of mask. My P100 mask isn't anything like a cloth mask so it would be silly and inaccurate to simply say "masks don't work".

See if you can go back to pre-covid and look at OSHA's ruling on time allowed to wear an N95 mask
