The Republic of China is not recognized as an independent sovereign nation.  It has no seat in the UN and no official embassy even in the US empire.  Although the US empire behaves to the contrary, it still has the One-China Policy on its books.  Hence, it is not a legal sovereign nation in the eyes of the World.

First, the US empire will not be able to reduce the missile threats of China.

Second, the US empire would not be able to send any troops to China as any ships or planes will not make it there due to hypersonic weaponry and the advancement of drone warfare.

You posted "any declaration of independence by Taiwan". I understand that China hasn't accepted it, nor has the UN.  I mean, the WHO and Olympics' haven't accepted it either.  You didn't say a declaration has to also be accepted in your post.

About the missiles, this brings us to MAD, but not with nukes.  Any war between 2 advanced nations will have too many casualties.  No FOB will be safe.  Which is why I replied to your post about the garrison of US troops in Taiwan.  Until the missile threat is neutralized, the casualties will be too high.

How about the poor Ukrainians that have and are being genocided for the US empire's proxy war against Russia?

Far worse to come, how about the poor Chinese in Taiwan and the Filipinos that are about to begin their own genocide as moronically being manipulated to opening a new US imperial proxy war against China?

I know what you mean.  But I wanted to say North Korea has entered the fray.

So, poor North Korean Troops.

As things get worse we can address everybody else because no one will be spared.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

Actually, we have two "versions" of classifications:  That which can be released to foreign nationals and that which cannot be released without specific guidance.  We call the latter "NOFORN".  Most information I handled on a daily basis was marked SECRET/NOFORN by default.

There are also two types of access for foreign nationals: we can either allow access (they can look and touch but not keep) versus dissemination (they are free to copy or keep the material or equipment).  Most times in a mixed US/Foreign environment, the foreign nationals do have proper security clearance, but they are not granted permission to keep (and potentially compromise) what they see or use.

I'd recommend having this explained to you by your consultants in more detail if you have specific questions about how this actually works in the real world.
US imperial deniable culpability at its finest.

No telling if the training given to the Ukrainians is on-the-job training like the so-called American advisors in Vietnam that were directly involved in the actual fighting.

In the end as HB said, the only interpretation that matters is what Putin knows for a fact from his intelligence sources and whether the US empire continues the escalation towards WWIII.

I believe that's another way of you saying, "I don't know, and I haven't asked my personal military consultants, but I have an unsupported opinion anyway that's anti-America."

To clarify then, the former Tsai Ng-Wen administration had officially stated that "Taiwan is already an independent country as the Republic of China (ROC) and thus does not have to push for any sort of formal independence."  Hence, the Republic of China has and did not declare any formal independence through which I referenced as a red line for a Chinese war with the ROC.

If that is what you believe, knock yourself out.

You on the other hand spew tons of your own personal opinions/beliefs either denying or apologizing for the actions of the US empire in its proxy war with Russia.  The explanation you gave above is ambiguous at best and does not exonerate the US empire's involvement in the use of US imperial missiles against the territories of Russia.

At least my opinions are supported by personal experience.  i don't have to rely on unnamed "consultants".

And again, if my explanation seems ambiguous, you really need to ask your consultants.  Those are the people you appear to trust to fill you in on military operations and doctrine.

So if no official declaration was ever given, then wouldn't China then be attacking itself?  No different if Japan were to attack Kyoto.  Kyoto has a different name from Japan, but still part of Japan.

Sounds like goal post moving to me.
