It looks like the original video has been shortened and edited.
The police wanted the owner to open the door in order to perform an "inspection".
I don't think they were looking for donuts.
Police threatened to break open a window if the owner did not open the door.
Toward the end of the unedited video most of the police left the area.

I didn't catch what the police were doing there in the fist place.  Is it because nobody inside was masked?  Is there a business lockdown they were violating?

Police are like vampires.  Never invite them into your home or business, and never go outside to talk with them.  As long as that barrier is between you, they can't touch you without a warrant or exigent circumstances.
