Dave Chapelle? Not necessarily a movie, but one of the last few standing.
I liked
The Hitman's Bodyguard. That's saying a lot, since I HATE comedies -- that includes most comedy movies, but especially TV SitComs. When Jackson busts up laughing when their ride explodes in a ball of fire just before he said, "Look on the bright side. We got the bad guys' van," and then it explodes, he just cracked me up, too! Comedy is about timing. That scene was so funny!

The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard, was almost as good, but the first was better.
That last time my wife and I were laughing so hard we couldn't breathe was in the 1980s. We rented the VHS movie/stand up performance titled "Bill Cosby, Himself." Maybe it was because my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time, but his entire routine, and in particular the ones involving his kids, had us in stitches!
We'd both seen Pryor many times, but I think most of his humor was in the delivery versus the material itself. The ad libs, descriptions and voices he did were great. The jokes themselves, though, didn't strike me as super-funny.
That's probably true of most stand up comedy performance "movies" from every great comedian. It's all about the talent more than the material. I've seen people who saw those movies try to retell some of the jokes.
