Third in line for the presidency behind the laughing hyena.

So we have a cognitive impaired president.

A stupid, inexperienced, incompetent vice president.

And an incoherent, seemingly drunk speaker of the house that looks like dementia claimed her literally overnight.

Like the Colonel said in the movie the Devil's Brigade:  "God Save the King"

And his assistant immediately quipped: "God Save us All....."

Actually there a long line of succession for the presidency.

If you saw the series Designated Survivor, Kiefer Sutherland played the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, number 13 in line.  When the Capitol building was blown up during the state of the union address, everyone ahead of him in succession was killed.  It was an interesting exploration of the political dynamics when an Independent assumes the Presidency with no party supporting him.  He has to build coalitions and dodge landmines set by members of Congress who want to assume power where they assumed a vacuum existed.

Anyway, Congress would not be selecting the President if Biden can't finish his term, and if for some reason the VP and speaker can't take over.
