Testimony due by 3/28 9:30am. Hearing is 3/29 9:30am.

State wants to bring firearm to HPD for all non FFL purchased guns.

Bill passed committee. Floor vote is next. Gabbard only no vote. Senator  K and Favella absent.

This bill wasn't too important due to the long term plan.  But still needed some testimony to oppose to show lawmakers we are still around. Only 3 supported this bill, HPD, AG, and Hawaii PD. No anti gun groups. About 30+ oppose testimonies.  SCOTUS ruling affects this bill.
