I mean either way, who ever he picks is gonna be a bad one. So it's a shit sandwich that we all have to take a bite from. I mean his other picks for other places work out very well right?  Someone who doesn't know what gender he is is in charge of our nuclear waste, someone who is male and had a child with another male cannot be bothered with all the hundreds of cargo ships piled outside of the California port due to being on maternity leave, VP who doesn't know what to do about any issue, etc...

That’s what my Dad’s generation used say in the late ‘60’s and the ‘70’s.
Not arguing, trolling or anything.
Just stating a fact.

Nomination might have been OK if Biden didn’t announce his Black Woman criteria ahead of time.

Sounds exactly like what the Liberal Democrats said about the last three Supreme Court Appointments.
Except 180 degrees.

This is the lefts go to, black and female. Their next go to are trannies.

So instead of a huge sample of the best/brightest people to choose from, it gets narrowed down to only black people.   Then reduced further to only female.  So the sample size for the best person for the job is reduced.  But then again, I don't expect the "best person" even if Biden nominated a white guy.  But we will be in deep trouble when all these confused tranny cases go to the SCOTUS. I predict that women's sports will be the first thing to go.

There was a powerlifter about 2 years ago who ID'd as a female 5 minutes prior to the competition and competed in the female divisions. He broke like 4 records that day. Then went back to IDing as male. And when he broke them, he didn't just beat them by a little, but Lia swimmer smashed kind.

That was some fawked up criteria he announced ahead of time.
Racist, Misandrist MoFo.

And I hope not.
Yeah Lia the swimmer.
Seen the photos of them/her/ I don’t know after just won the NCAA championship next to their/her/I don’t know competitors.
Went from ranked Four Hundred Thirty something in the Men’s division to National Champ in the Women’s.
But what the heck, can’t define a woman anymore. At least one justice cannot. Does that mean she’ll recuse herself from those cases?

Is Ketanji Brown anti-2A or are talking heads just prognosticating?

While it’s true she has never ruled on a gun-rights case while serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia – a seat she’s held since 2013 when nominated by Barack Obama – the information is there. All you have to do is take a critical look.

During her Senate confirmation hearings, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) asked, “Do you believe the individual right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental right?”

Judge Jackson’s response is telling: “Senator, the Supreme Court has established that the individual right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental right.”

True…I guess its a wash anyway considering who she replaced. The demoncrats are pinging on Justice Thomas’s wife now in what I feel is an attempt to disgrace him and force him to retire. One thing is certain, I’f they manage to force him out you can bet your bottom dollar Murkowski, Collins and Romney will vote “yea” on their pick. Rhinos one and all! :wtf:

Talked to a grandma (70s) who works at a fast food place.

"Her smile is so nice, she will be a good SCOTUS".

Obviouslly if she cant retire, she must have good political choices. Then add in no statement of substance.

Clinton was elected because he had "nice hair," and because the Dems forced Bush Sr. into going back on his "read my lips"pledge -- holding the budget hostage unless they got their tax increases.

https://www.eeoc.gov/racecolor-discrimination

Race discrimination involves treating someone (an applicant or employee) unfavorably because he/she is of a certain race or because of personal characteristics associated with race (such as hair texture, skin color, or certain facial features). Color discrimination involves treating someone unfavorably because of skin color complexion.Race/color discrimination also can involve treating someone unfavorably because the person is married to (or associated with) a person of a certain race or color.Discrimination can occur when the victim and the person who inflicted the discrimination are the same race or color.

Sex discrimination involves treating someone (an applicant or employee) unfavorably because of that person's sex, including the person's sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy.

Reverse racism. Treat the black lady better because of the color of her skin.

There's no such thing as "reverse discrimination."  That would mean there are no laws against it.

When you give one person an advantage over another based on illegal discriminating factors, in this case race and gender (something the nominee can't even define), you are discriminating against all those other qualified candidates.

There's no difference between selecting someone because they are Black than there is selecting someone because they are White.  It's racial discrimination.  Period.

Giving a minority an advantage over Whites is discrimination.  Consider them equally based on their qualifications, not on their skin tone.

Offering someone a job because they are a minority is demeaning to the candidate.  It's called the soft bigotry of low expectations -- basically telling the candidate they can't beat the competition on merit alone.

Someone who was on Biden's pick list should sue for racial discrimination.  Given Biden's comments, it would be a slam-dunk.

The racism and discrimination was set in place when Bidet* proclaimed he wanted a negress.

No mention of qualification, just a racial and gender requirement.

That is most clearly illegal discrimination, but no craven politician dares call it such.

It'll take someone with standing, like someone who was passed over because they have lighter pigmentation and a "Y" chromosome.

I imagine if those candidates want to remain Federal Judges (assuming most are) and have aspirations of making it to the Supreme Court later, they won't rock the proverbial boat.

Its a joke. I forgot what movie it was in. But the TSA guy was black and he made it a point to mess up and still not get fired. Then he got promoted over an asian guy, not cause of reverse racism, but because "that bitch is dumb (line from the movie)".

You know how Brandon was all happy to win the Presidency but now it's turned into a curse?

She's going to wind up the same way. Zero respect.

It's like one of those trans athletes kicking the crap out of women's sports.

They think they are winning because a tiny fringe minority with an outsized voice cheers them on at the moment, but in reality everyone hates them.

We need a term for it. The Brandon Effect?
