Yea. He also called 911 saying he was on his way to kill him.

If it was suicide by cop he would have charged at an officer.  It sounds like he was hyped up by the incitements to violence from leftist politicians and fortunately chickened out at the last minute.

If it was someone gunning for Sotomayer then it would be all over the media, screams for red flag laws, and they would be calling us all terrorists.

I hope the SCOTUS justices get rid of gun control now that it's their lives on the line from mob violence.

He could not have been in a right sense of mind. No one who would really be trying to assassinate somebody would give advance notice that they were going to do it.
