Remember ammo manufacturers are NOT our friends. Never were, never will be. Their bottom line is to sell ammo to the highest power first and like bread crumbs on the floor, we can have what’s left over If there’s anything left.

I've seen experienced shooters load .357 Mag in a .38 SPL revolver, and get the cylinder stuck aligned with the barrel.  The last time I saw it was at SRGC.  So it happens. . .

My thoughts also.  Maybe some higher level government goons carry revolvers as back-up.

Most if not all the micro semi-auto pistols don't carry the potent rounds the back up revolvers can.
