We have a food pantry that's always asking for more donations.

Where I live in Mililani Mauka there is chickens running around the gulch area.

Does anyone know how all of a sudden there seems to be chickens all over the place, lol!

Not to be waycist or anything but the Mililani Town Association's maintenance crew are mostly pilipinos. ;D  Somebody should tell them, you catch them you can have them.  The chickens look healthy.  No disease or anything I can tell.  Chicken Papaya soup.  :D

Or is it illegal to catch and consume them.  Keeping as pets does not solve the problem.

Yeah, those signs should also say it's ok to catch them for consumption. Guarantee they would be gone pretty quick. ;)

This will solve the problem right? City funneling money to the corrupt. Only to go from signs to actually trapping later.

Makes me remember a while back when they uncovered corruption of contractors charging for tools sold to the government.

Can't remember exactly but something like $700 or so for a hammer.
