Not at all surprising that BJ holds the majority support of younger voters and Aiona holds the majority support of older voters.  BJ also leads in name recognition.  I guess the younger voters nowadays were only 12 or younger when Aiona was Lt. Governor.

Would love to know BJ's stance on critical issues.  Have no idea what they are, lol!!

Back in the day Duke was a park league basketball ref.
He was kinda of dick back then. I have no idea what he's like today.
Duke may no longer be a dick but he sure looks like a RINO.

Yeah I'd love to know his stance too. Other than government sucks. Hell we all know that. But what kind of platform does he have. His website has no info on it other than vote for me.

TBH, HI is getting worst every year because the same type of politician gets elected. So lets give the retard a chance. It can't get worst right?

But my bet is he will get busted for taking a bribe.

BJ: Hooo brah, are you sure this cash is legal

Other guy: yeah brah, no worries

BJ: Shootz

Then gets busted a month later.

Whoever gets in the governor's seat is totally screwed, but I sure could use a break from Klaus Schwab/George Soros political puppets who want us to lockdown forever, shot ourselves full of poison, eat bugs and sexually mutilate children.

That makes him "Toast".
I used to hope that some intelligent people lived in Hawaii.
Intelligent in the "Common Sense" department.
Given what I've seen in my 22 plus years;
The Government of Hawaii reflects their voters very well and is an excellent
expression of what the majority of citizens of Hawaii really are.
Emotionally immature, fearful, irresponsible, Slaves.
Freedom scares the hell out of most of them.

You’re absolutely right. I’m saving money now to move to the mainland next year or after. Tired of the npcs over here.

BJ has absolutely no chance of being elected Gov no matter who he is tied with.

I hate to say it but it certainly looks like Josh Green is going to take Ige's place.

Aiona was on HNN this morning talking with Steve Uehara.  When asked about SCOTUS recent rulings he mentioned that respect for the highest court of the land is important and that to follow the rule of law is important.

He supports that Abortion issues belong to the States.

He mentioned that the ruling of open/concealed carry decision should be implemented at the earliest opportunity and as governor he will make sure no over reach by the state is done when abiding with the decision.  And yeah, they mentioned BJ did not respond when HNN offered the same time on air for BJ as they did for Aiona.

If BJ keeps dodging public interviews he will not win.  The people who know him as an MMA fighter and only as an MMA fighter are immaturely voting for the wrong person.  They need to know how he stands on important issues and there are also people out there who want change and are willing to consider him as a contender, but not if he will not address the current and important issues.

BJ does not answer questions about what he will do to address Hawaii's problems because he doesn’t know how to fix it.

I think BJ would have the best shot of winning out of any republican candidate. He has the name recognition, and that’s what lots of people vote for. I’ll definitely vote for him Aiona has no shot. Plus BJ can’t be any worse than anyone we have now. Probably doesn’t matter though, because even though BJ has the best shot I still don’t think he will win.

I can fix 90% of Hawaii's problems with one action, just one.

Yep.

When the government negotiates contracts with the unions, and the unions financially support the government elected officials' campaigns, there's an obvious conflict of interest.

One of the first things Abercrombie did when elected Governor was raid every available fund (hurricane insurance, highway, etc.) and use it to fund raises for union employees -- not only government, but those, too.

Boggles my mind that this practice is tolerated.  Union endorses candidate, candidate gets elected, elected official "negotiates" union contracts.
