Health care is NOT a human right. The doctor or nurse tending to you is not your slave, you have to pay them for their services
you have no "Right to them".
A fetus is genetically different from its host,  "mom". It is not part of the mothers body, it is a temporary guest. 
It is a separate human being.   The laws on how to deal with un-wanted guests should be up to the people to decide,
not a court.

If only humans were something other than mammals, the females would lay their eggs before or after fertilization, and the egg would be treated as a yet-to-be-born human.

I thought we did away with the concept that one human being could be the property of another regardless of where they reside while incubating?
