Thanks for the update.

Not sure if this sill holds true as of today but worth further inquiry as HPD has had plenty of time to process the enrollments.

Enrollments as in RAPBACk or you talking about permit to acquire. If it's PTA, then I agree, usually they got lots of time. 2 weeks is more than enough.

I am referring to enrollments in rapback since they have not enrolled anyone pre covid (per FOIA by HIFICO) and its now been two more years to enroll us into rapback or give us all a full refund for services not rendered (that was never asked for and was forced on us by our gov).

Fyi.

Just wanted to let you know that my gf received a call from the HPD permitting branch Sergeant and he kindly let her know that she (my charge card) will be getting a refund for the rapback fee that was charged in error.
