Doctor shoots a former barangay (town) mayor, her aide and a school security guard while she was attending her daughter’s graduation at Ateneo de Manila University.

Interesting twist… the doctor in the video below claims that the former mayor’s family is the drug lord of his barangay and they had tried to have him killed him 3 times.  He said that he had been asking the Philippine govt for help because 13 year olds were becoming drug addicts in his barangay.  But no response from the govt.   He said his social media documents how many times he’s been ambushed by the drug lord’s family.
