Which Candidate
« on: July 26, 2022, 01:50:00 PM »
This will be updated as more respond and info for 2A only and related issues:

1) US Senator

Steven Bond-Emailed, awaiting reply. Phone went straight to voicemail

Wallyn Christian-Picked up her phone. Applied for her CCW day after SCOTUS ruling. Supports ownership of "assault rifles" and any capacity mags (she's an owner). Believes in having reasonable training. "I had a friend say owning a handgun is enough training, he didn't know how to do a lot of simple task like loading his magazine with bullets. People should be trained to do this".  "My daughter was willing to give up her guns if it meant saving children in schools.  I told her then the psychos will use bombs or even their car if they wanted to kill children. So don't give up your guns.  Because the 2a protects the other rights".

Tomothy Dalhouse-Emailed awaiting reply. Phone went straight to voicemail

Asia Lavonne-Update 7/26-Supports ownership of "assault rifles". No problem with any mag size. Supports CCW. "I fully support our Constitutional right to bear arms."

Bob Mcdermott- Currently serving in HI as a politician. He is a friend of the 2a and often votes nay on anti 2a bills. I emailed him asking his stance on CCW, since no CCW bill has made it to a hearing for him to vote on.

US Rep District I

Conrad Kress- Emailed and awaiting reply, no phone #

Patrick Largey-His Civil Beat Q&A states he supports CCW, but not "assault weapons". "These should be only in the hands of our military". Emailed, awaiting reply, no phone #

Arturo Reyes-Emailed and awaiting reply. No phone #.

Arturo Reyes on his Civil Beat interview said that Gun ownership should be a privilege.

10. What specific reforms, if any, would you seek in gun control policies?

Redefine the rights to bear arms as a privilege and the right to bear arms belong only to those who are working professionally to defend and protect our Constitution and by those who are in the militia or support groups to defend the Constitution, state, country and the rules of self defense in selected areas where threats to defend oneself is paramount!
I think, therefore I am armed.

This alone tells you all you need to know about Kahele and what he will do to Hawaii if he ever becomes governor.

On the fence on who to pick for US Representative District 1....Conrad Kress, Patrick C. Largey or Arturo P. Reyes.  I have no info on these people, anyone have an opinion on them?

Read the entire thread. I went with Kress cause he didn't replied and can't be as bad or worst than the other 2. So more of a default pick with fingers crossed.

No need worry. He won't make it past the primary, I promise.
Green will win the D primary.
BJ the R primary.
Green will win the General and be the next shitty Governor of the shitty state of Hawaii.
The only good things about Hawaii is most of the people, the great scenery, food and the weather.
Just about everything else sucks.

It looks like the Hunter Biden thing is about to blow up. If they show heavy CCP influence in the Democratic Party it could really kneecap them in the election.

Arizona just had a Maga sweep despite serious fraud in their Republican primary. They are still trying to swing it the other way but the margin is too big to cover up.

Seth Keshel estimates 90,000 fake voters in Honolulu which is a pretty huge chunk of the voting population, but due to the four horsemen chomping at the bit this fall I'm not writing off BJ just yet.

I like how shes not afraid to speak up. She is very outspoken about covid mandates.  And the over cost of the rail. She doesnt sugar coat stuff.  IDK her stance on the 2a becuase she never replied to my emails.

Her husband was a big time drug dealer (like the top guy, not the guy at the corner selling dope). Went to prison for a few years and has stayed clean. He owned Platinum limo and would hire ex cons to give them their 2nd chance.  My issue is #1 no input on the 2a and #2 her husband. Like is there no one better who has no major bad history.

If I knew her stance on the 2a, I could overlook the husband thing.

Too funny I met that guy a few years back while I was working at an event and he seemed pretty cool for the kind of person who runs a flashy limo company. Don't know how long they've been together but I might have met her as well. Tiny island strikes again.
