Y'all haven't noticed but virtually every Hawaii gun law is un-Constitutional.
The government here relies upon the fact we are sheep, will obey in the interim, and it takes years to get through the courts.
And even when overturned they still drag their feet to comply as they know it will take years to get someone to enforce compliance.
I've noticed one of the biggest concerns here is a PTA, which is about as un-constitutional as it gets.
Since when do you have to get permission to exercise a right?
We here follow the law.
And have lively discussions about how we stupidly follow the law.
Anybody know a good criminal lawyer on the Big Island, mine died recently.
I'm getting ready to sue our police chief.
