My wife is very much like this in that she always is telling me not to say anything or stay out of whatever. She thinks all the political stuff is a waste of time and I have better things to do. She is kind of right in that I should be more busy preparing. That is part of the problem being she just doesnt get it or what can happen if current events keep unfolding in the order that they are.
People like this dont understand until it is too late and half of them will wonder what happened. I told you so's will do nothing at some point.

I don't think you know how the justice system in America works.

If you have representation in the civil trial, you are not forced to testify at all.  If the plaintiff fails to make their case, your attorney may not even need to present a defense.  The judge can rule the plaintiff failed to meet their burden of proof.  Period.  Case dismissed.

It's smart for him because those who don't know why he's doing it will never understand why as TDS takes over.

For his/her/its/their information, nuclear documentation is classified much higher than TS/SCI.

But, we don't expect them to know much about reality.  They just regurgitate the latest talking points with no understanding of what they said.

Depending on the context, it may be regulated by the DOE (Dept of Energy, for those Democrats reading this). 

The DOE uses specific classifications for nuclear-related weapons: 
     Restricted Data (RD),
     Formerly Restricted Data (FRD), and
     Transclassified Foreign Nuclear Information (TFNI)

One of the characteristics of nuclear data that differs from most is there is no declassification instruction allowed.  The material must be reviewed and declassified by someone specifically authorized to do so.  Most other clearance levels, including TS and TS/SCI, contain declassification instructions -- either a date that the info becomes declassified automatically, or the term OADR, meaning it must be reviewed and declassified by the Originator ("Originating Agency's Determination Required").

Some of Hillary's emails contained info that was classified at such a high level, even Congress was not authorized to view it without being read-into the program it referenced.

BTW, the President has the ability to declassify anything he deems appropriate.  As long as he doesn't create a threat to national security, he could have declassified everything found at his home -- assuming they found anything.

This whole "nuclear documentation" thing is meant to SCARE THE PUBLIC into siding with the FBI's decision to raid Trump's home.

Trump's lawyers have scoured everything he brought with him from the WH.  They assured everyone on a news report that nothing he possessed was even close to what's being claimed. 

I guess Trump and his staff should have smashed all his electronics, burned all his paper docs, and bleach-bit/wiped all his storage devices.  Seems like that's enough for the FBI in other cases.

Normally, I would call someone like this a hypocrite. But you gotta realize that in Trumps exceptional case, they are looking for any reason to get him. So if he said he hate a banana one morning and 4 days later says he ate an apple, they would get him for perjury.  If I were him, I wouldn't even tell them his name as they will look for something.
