Whether or not he's an ATF "plant", is working with the ATF, or is just an innocent seller, his customers are obviously being added to the ATF's "radar".

Word of caution:  Don't assume all those ATF memes are based on false, paranoid conspiracy theories.

Exactly, how often are they in the hood? They want easy surrenders by law abiding citizens, wbich they know these targets will do.
