Awesome. Glad to see other national gun rights groups finally going after Hawaii’s infringement as well.

While it seems to be mostly symbolic....

Dear Gun Supporter,

It’s time to end gun bans once and for all!

We’re on a nationwide blitz to take out every single ban on semi-automatic weapons and standard capacity magazines.

The Supreme Court just handed us a 4-ton wrecking ball in their Bruen decision – and we’re enforcing that pro-gun precedent across the country.

In fact, we just launched lawsuits in nearly half of the federal circuits to eliminate these unconstitutional gun bans.

Notice to gun grabbers: You ban guns and we’ll sue the daylights out of you.

Join our pro-gun litigation blitz by signing up TODAY as an honorary co-plaintiff to help us end AWBs for good!

What’s going on with that suit?
Wish HIFICO made it easier just to donate.
Pending CA 9th circuirt ruling. 9th hasnt kicked it down to the lower court yet.

And if the 9th kicks it back down, then more stalling. So the best would be for the 9th to make a ruling.

Symbolic for anyone joining. Join our pro-gun litigation blitz by signing up TODAY as an honorary co-plaintiff to help us end AWBs for good!

But I signed the petition anyway. One more voice to be heard or ignored.

That's the same organization, led by Tim Knight, that stopped CO mag ban about 5 years ago.  I don't think they knew we had the Abbott v Connors lawsuit already.
